San Siro Green with Private Garage

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
the possibility of cancellation varies based on the chosen rate; please check the option you select when booking

GENERAL RULES:
- parties or events are not allowed
- only registered people can access the apartment
- it is forbidden to make noise at night from 11.00 pm to 8.00 am
- it is forbidden to disturb the neighborhood with annoying behavior and noises in general
- smoking is prohibited under penalty of €50. at €250.

CHECK-IN RULES:
- it is always necessary to agree the arrival time with our staff, at least 24 hours in advance

*STANDARD CHECK-IN TIME from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm

*CHECK-IN OUT OF HOURS from 8.00pm to 12.00am there is an extra charge of €20 (to be paid in cash upon arrival)

*NIGHT CHECK-IN from midnight to 2.00 am of €40 (to be paid in cash upon arrival)

All late check-in requests must be reported and approved in advance by our staff.

CHECK OUT RULES:
- check-out is STRICTLY expected by 11.00 am. It is necessary to agree the exit time with our staff the day before check-out.

CLEANING RULES:
- please keep the apartment tidy and clean during your stay with utensils and furnishings in their place.
- dishes, crockery and kitchen utensils must be returned clean PENALTY a fine of €10 to €30

SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION RULES:
- rubbish must be separated according to the rules of the Municipality of Milan. In the apartment you will find a booklet containing useful information, including instructions on how to divide it. The bins provided can be used at your discretion, the important thing is that each bin is used for each individual type of waste.
- if the rubbish is not sorted correctly, a supplement of €5 to €30 will be charged

KEY RULES
- you will be given a set of keys, if you need a second set, please request it in advance.
- if one or more keys are lost, broken or stolen, please inform us immediately
- the cost of the duplicate in the event of breakage may vary based on the type of key
- in case of loss or theft of the keys, the locks will have to be replaced and in this case too the cost varies according to the type
